Local and Macau
Pigfarmer.com provides territory-wide delivery service, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Airport. Please note that remote location may take more delivery time and extra delivery fees.
Delivery fee to all Macau orders will be paid by recipients.
WHAT IS MY ORDER SHIPPING METHOD IF IT IS STATED WITH [SHIPPING] OR [順豐速遞 SF-EXPRESS (運費到付COLLECT UPON ARRIVAL)]?
[順豐速遞 SF-Express (運費到付 Collect Upon Arrival)]: Order is delivered by “SF Express” in the form of “Collect on delivery (COD)”, which means the shipping fee or tax duties will be collected by the courier at the time of dispatch.
[Shipping]: Order includes products stated with [*This item is not include in the FREE LOCAL SHIPPING promotion.] Order is delivered by “SF Express” in the form of “Collect on delivery (COD)”, which means the shipping fee or tax duties will be collected by the courier at the time of dispatch.
Please note that FREE/$0 shown in checkout – shipping page and order confirmation email with the above shipping methods indicates our website does not collect any shipping fee or tax duties. They will be collected by the courier at the time of dispatch.
Asia Countries (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and etc, except Malaysia)
For orders placed within Asian Countries, Standard Shipping starts from HK$100, Express Shipping will be HK$250. For orders over 2 kg, extra charges applies.
International orders (USA/ Australia/ United Kingdom/ Canada and etc.)
For orders placed from all other countries, Standard Shipping will be HK$300, Express Shipping will be HK$600. For orders over 2 kg, extra charges applies.
Processing time
We will ship within 2-3 days after you place your order online. Order placed after 12PM on Saturday will ship out on Monday. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.
For pre-order item(s), we will ship it on the written estimated time after the products arrived at our warehouse.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You'll be contacted by our delivery partner by SMS or email regarding any import and duty charges that you need to pay.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Pig Farmer has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you don't agree with duty charges presented to you, please contact the carrier.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Pig Farmer is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.
RETURN
Our policy lasts 7 days after the item(s) has been received. If 7 days have gone by since you have received the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pigfarmer-hk.com and send your item to: Shop B41, B1/F, Lee Tung Avenue, 200 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
